we excited to introduce Walk and Coach, a group designed for women over 40 to connect, get outdoors, and engage in light movement. The goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where participants feel comfortable discussing their health or well-being challenges if they choose to.

   THIS NOT A THERAPY GROUP, BUT RATHER A WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT FOCUSED ON WELL-BEING, WHERE YOU DO  NOT  NEED TO BE SUPER FIT TO JOIN-EVERYONE IS WELCOME, REGARDLESS OF FITNESS LEVEL.

THE SESSIONS

Each session is centered around a specific theme, such as active listening, walking in silence, or exploring meaningful conversations. Participants can choose to engage with these themes based on their personal goals, whether they prefer quiet reflection or discussing challenges they are facing.

Enhancing concentration and problem-solving

Supporting cardiovascular health

Kenyi Diaz
Head Coach 

Kenyi is a passionate instructor who has taught Yin Pilates across Asia, Europe, and America, promoting mindful movement and holistic well-being.

 

As a skilled graphic artist and co-author of eight books, including four Amazon bestsellers, she introduced "The Pilates Wunda Chair" in 2019, showcasing her deep expertise in Pilates.

 

With over 10 years of coaching experience, Kenyi has helped clients achieve their well-being goals. 

Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in Health and Social Well-being, at Nan Tien Institute.

 

For over a decade, Kenyi has been runing retreats in Bali, where she offers participants a unique blend of movement, mindfulness, and personal growth.

Kenyi also is the cofounder of Stretch Fit concept. Where she currently teach.

Annabella Tran
Event cordinator

Annabella is a vibrant community connector with a deep passion for spiritual growth and personal evolution. Having lived in Brisbane for over 30 years, she holds a degree in law and brings her positive energy to every project. As a social events coordinator, she excels at bringing people together and has been volunteering at her son’s school since he started in prep (now in year 3). Annabella loves creating meaningful connections, organizing community events, and engaging with like-minded individuals, all while continuing her journey of self-discovery and growth.
