Hi, I’m Kenyi Diaz.
My passion is to support individuals in recovering their well-being. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve dedicated myself to helping women through mindful movement and coaching, using science-backed practices and tools.
Ten years ago, I moved to Australia, and the challenges of adapting to a new country and speaking a different language shattered my confidence. It took me years to rebuild myself, but today, I’m a confident woman and business owner, helping others reconnect with their health and well-being.
My mission is to help women over 40 recover their well-being and reconnect with their bodies through mindful movement and stress management techniques. I create a supportive space where we can develop self-awareness, encourage one another, share moments of joy, and grow together.
